Power Of Attorney Information

Our company does not have an online Customs Power of Attorney. Instead, we ask you for specific information and create the Power for you. Please send us the following information so we can create a valid Customs Power of Attorney ready for your signature:

For a Corporation:

1. Copy of your Articles of Incorporation (or Organization if an LLC)
2. Copy of the Driver license of the person authorized to sign the Power (this would be an officer or Vice President, or an employee named and designated, in writing, by a Corporate Officer and must contain the language "is authorized to bind the Corporation for Customs purposes."
3. Copy of any recent correspondence from IRS to the Company showing the Company name, address and IRS (FEIN) number or, if importing as an individual, your Social Security number
4. Copy of Credit Application (Link to form)



For an individual:

5. Copy of your valid Driver license and Social Security card or U.S. Passport
6. Copy of any recent (within one year) correspondence from IRS to you showing your name, address and Social Security number.
7. Copy of Credit Application (Link to form)
